The 2018 Sapphire Coronation Quintuple Sovereign Gold Proof Coin was issued to commemorate the 65th anniversary of the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. Struck from (916.7 fine) gold, the £5 coin features a specially created Royal Standard design by Stephen Taylor, celebrating this historic royal milestone.
