The 2026 Double Sovereign Gold Proof Coin was issued by The Royal Mint as part of the historic Sovereign family. Struck from 22 carat (916.7 fine) gold, the coin features Benedetto Pistrucci's iconic St George and the Dragon design on the reverse, one of the most recognisable designs in British coinage.
