The 2026 Angel introduces a modern interpretation of one of Britain’s most historic coin designs. The reverse, created by Sandra Deiana, depicts the Archangel Michael slaying Satan in the form of a dragon, bringing a contemporary style to the centuries-old Angel tradition.

Graded MS70 by NGC and designated Early Releases, this example has achieved the highest numerical grade awarded by NGC. Struck in (999.9 fine) gold with a £100 denomination, the one-ounce coin combines a distinctive new Royal Mint design with certified top-grade condition.
