The 2024 Sir Winston Churchill £2 Gold Proof Coin was struck by The Royal Mint in 22 carat gold to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the birth of Sir Winston Churchill, one of the most recognisable figures in modern British history.

The reverse, designed by Natasha Seaward, features a portrait of a young Churchill in military uniform, alongside the dates 1874 and 1965. The obverse features Martin Jennings’ portrait of King Charles III.
