The 2008 Britannia £25 Quarter Ounce Gold Proof Coin was struck by The Royal Mint in 22 carat gold during the reign of Queen Elizabeth II. The reverse features Philip Nathan’s iconic depiction of Britannia standing with her trident and shield, a design synonymous with the modern Britannia series.
