Product Highlights
The 1892 Sydney Full Sovereign was struck in 22 carat gold during the reign of Queen Victoria. The reverse features Benedetto Pistrucciโs iconic depiction of St George slaying the dragon, with the Sydney โSโ mint mark identifying its Australian origin.
The obverse features Sir Joseph Edgar Boehmโs Jubilee Head portrait of Queen Victoria. This example has been professionally graded AU58 by NGC, recognising a high-quality About Uncirculated example with only slight traces of circulation wear.
Its historic Sydney mint mark, Victorian heritage, classic Pistrucci design and strong certified AU58 grade make it a desirable addition to a British Sovereign collection.
